摘    要:从中草药勒党植物中分得一个生物碱,选择性远程DEPT NMR新技术用于识别谱峰,连接被季碳、杂原子分隔的质子自旋系统,确定其结构如(1)所示。

Abstract:An alkaloid was isolated from Zhanthoxylum avicennae (Lam). DC.Selective long-range DEPT 13C NMR new technique has been used to identify 13C nuclei and to connect spin systems separated by quaternary carbons and heteroatoms in the compound. Total assigment of 1H and 13C NMR spectra of the compound were achieved. Its structure has been elucidated as (1).
