摘    要:胞内Na+浓度和跨膜梯度的维系对于保持组织细胞的正常生理状态具有重要的作用.本文详细介绍了生物组织细胞内Na+测定的23Na NMR方法,并讨论了23Na NMR在生理病理学研究和疾病诊断等生物医学领域内的应用。

Abstract:The maintenance of the concentration of intracellular Na\ (\\-i) and the concentration gradient across plasma membrane plays critical roles in maintaining normal cell physiological function. The \\-i of intact functioning biological samples can be measured by non invasive \{\}\ \{23\}Na NMR. The intra and extracellular Na\ can be simultaneously quantified by using frequency chemical shift reagents (DyTTHA\ \{3-\} and TmDOTP\ \{5-\}), thereby permitting quantitative assessment of net Na\ movement. \{\}\ \{23\}Na NMR can be used to study Na\ changes in various physiological and pathological states and to diagnose disease. The information derived from \{\}\ \{23\}Na NMR help us to understand the mechanism of pathological changes such as ischemia and reperfusion injury, diabetes, osteoarthritis, liver dysfunction induced by burn trauma, and so on.
