摘    要:从毛莨科乌头属黄花乌头的根中分得一个化合物,经过测定,它是hetisine型二萜生物碱,其结构为13-乙酰基-14-羟基-2-丙酰基亥替钦,为一新化合物.本文报道选择性远程DEPT技术在该化合物的结构和NMR信号归属研究中的应用.

Abstract:A new hetisine type diterpenoid alkaloid 1 has been isolated from the total alkaloids of the Aconitum coreanum. Its structure has been established as 13 acetyl 14 hyroxy 2 prpionyl hetisine by selective long range DEPT NMR techique which has been used to connect spin systems separated by quaternary carbons and heteroatoms. The results showed that selective long range DEPT NMR technique is very effective and convenient for the structure determination and spectral assignment of this class of compounds.
