| Abstract: | The multifunctional polarimeter was developed.The light intensity was identified and recorded by photoelectric acquisition system and microcontroller unit.Many parameters,such as rotation angle,specific rotation and solution concentration were automatically calculated and displayed.The apparatus improved the accuracy and increased the measurement speed. |
