| Abstract: | To study ions,the ions' movement law in Paul ion trap should be known.Based on the structure of Paul ion trap adopted in experiment and the distribution character of the electric field,ion movement equation is educed and resolved,ion motions and the collision reaction of silicon ion clusters are analyzed. |
