摘    要:通过对密度测量的仪器和方法的改进研制了智能密度测量仪.系统通过ADHX711芯片将压力传感器信号进行模数转换,以AT89S52单片机为控制核心,利用按键实现对芯片的实时控制,并用指示灯显示按键的状况,采用自制数字温度计检测当前的水温,根据该参数对比出当前水的密度,再由压力传感器测出物体在水中的视重,通过单片机对主控芯片进行数据处理,精确测量出被测固体的密度值.

Abstract:An intelligent density measurement device was designed.The system converted analog signals to digital signals through ADHX711.Using AT89S52 as the control center,real-time control of the chip was achieved,and the status of the keys were showed on the indicator.The temperature of the water was detected by self-made digital thermometer and the water density was determined.The weight of the object in water was measured by a pressure sensor.After data processing with master chip microcontroller,the density of the object was measured accurately.
