| 摘 要： | 采用电热法把待测的PN结放置于温度可连续变化的热源中,利用精确的温度传感器进行温度测量,并利用计算机数据采集技术,直观地再现了PN结正向压降随温度线性变化的整个物理过程,提高了测量的精度.

| Abstract: | In the electrothermic method,PN junction to be measured is put into a heat source whose temperature can vary continuously,and the temperature can be accurately obtained by using the precise temperature sensors.The linear dependence of forward voltage drop of PN junction on temperature can be visualized directly by using computer to collect and process the data.The measurement accuracy is promoted. |
