摘    要:论述了太阳电池光电灵敏度测量仪的设计方案,并用自行搭建的太阳电池光电灵敏度测量仪测出了不同比例聚噻吩P3HT(poly(3-hexylthiophene))与C60的衍生物PCBM(6,6]-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester)共混体系太阳电池的光电灵敏度,分析了其光电灵敏度变化的原因.

Abstract:The design of photosensitivity measuring instrument was analyzed in the paper.The photosensitivity of solar cells prepared from blend systems of polythiophene(P3HT(poly(3-hexyl thiophene)) and C60 derivative PCBM(-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester) was measured with self-made photosensitivity measuring instrument,and the reasons for the changes in the photosensitivity of solar cells were analyzed.
