光电效应物理演示实验仪器的研究与设计

摘    要:基于单片机设计了光电效应演示仪器.该仪器通过调节光源的光照可同时演示光电管的光电流、光敏电阻的光电阻、光电池的光电压随光照强度变化;通过改变光源的种类,可以演示光电子发射与照射光的频率的关系.

Abstract:Based on microprocessor control unit,the photoelectric effect demonstration instrument was designed.By adjusting the light,the instrument could demonstrate the changes of the current of photoelectric tube,the resistance of photo-resistance and the voltage of photocell with the illumination intensity simultaneously;it could also show the relationship of photo-electronic emission and the incident light's frequency with the change of illumination type.
