摘    要:以二水醋酸锌和氢氧化钠为起始原料,采用H2O2辅助水热法制备了粒径分布均匀的ZnO纳米棒,用XRD、FTIR、FESEM、HRTEM和SEAD等手段对其进行了表征.结果表明,制备的ZnO纳米棒是单晶体,具有六边形截面并沿0001]晶体方向生长.光致发光谱(PL)测试结果表明,添加H2O2制得的ZnO纳米棒在390nm...

Abstract:Using zine acetate dihydrate and sodium hydroxide as starting materials,ZnO nanorods with narrower size distribution were prepared via a H_2O_2-assisted hydrothermal process.The samples are characterized by means of XRD,FTIR,FESEM,HRTEM and SAED.The results show that the samples are single crystalline in nature.All of the nanorods have hexagonal cross sections and grow along the0001]crystallographic direction.The room temperature photoluminescence(PL)measurement results show that the UV emission intensity ...
