| 摘 要： | 采用高温固相烧结法制备了HO3+单掺杂、HO3+/Yb3+共掺杂、HO3+/Er3+共掺杂和Ho3+/Yb3+/Er3+共掺杂等系列硼硅酸盐玻璃,测量了样品的激发光谱和发射光谱.结果表明:Ho3+单掺杂样品的激发光谱与发射光谱的强度随其浓度增加而逐渐减弱,原因是高浓度掺杂导致Ho3+离子产生猝灭效应;Ho3+/Yb3+...

| Abstract: | A series of holmium ions doped borosilicate glass,including Ho~(3+)-doped,Ho~(3+)/Er~(3+)-doped,Ho~(3+)/ Yb~(3+)-doped and Ho~(3+)/Yb~(3+)/Er~(3+)-doped galss,have been prepared by high-temperature melting.The up-conversion excitation spectra and emission spectra of the samples decrease.The analysis result reveals that both the intensities of excitation spectra and emission spectra were weaken with the Ho~(3+)concentration.The spectral intensities of Ho~(3+)/Yb~(3+)-doped borosilicate glass increase with th... |
