低温扩散Mn2+制备ZnSⅩⅣMn,Cu电致发光材料

摘    要:研究了不同Mn的化合物掺杂在不同退火处理条件下对ZnSⅩⅣMn,CuACEL粉末的发光亮度的影响.在低温下扩散Mn2+掺杂的方法,有效降低了Mn盐中其它杂质对发光的影响,和直接高温法制备的ZnSⅩⅣMn,CuACEL材料相比,提高了材料的发光亮度.

Abstract:In this paper,the effect of different mixed compound in different annealing condition on ZnSⅩⅣMn,Cu powder ACEL brightness was investigated.With method of Mn2+ diffusion at low temperature,the effection of other impurity in Mn compound was great weaken on luminescence.The luminescence brightness of the material diffusion Mn2+ at low temperature is higher than that of ZnSⅩⅣMn,Cu material preparated directly at high temperature.
