摘    要:本文报导了电场作用下ZnCdTe-ZnTe多量子阱的激子发光特性.用激子局域化的观点解释了激子发光峰随电场增强而增强的现象.在Zn0.8Cd0.2Te-ZnTe多量子阱中观察到了电场作用下自由激子发光谱峰较大的红移和较快的发光淬灭

Abstract:The characterizations of exciton emission in ZnCdTe ZnTe MQWs under electric field have been reported in this paper. The changs of the exciton peaks in Zn 0 67 Cd 0 33 Te(6 nm) ZnTe(6 nm) MQWs is very small, when electric field increases, peak position shifts about 1 5meV to the lower energy side, when voltage increases from 0 to 19V and peak intensity of this sample increases about 15%. In contrast, the n =1 heavy hole exciton peaks of Zn 0 8 Cd 0 2 Te ZnTe changed greatly as voltage increased from 6 to 8 V, exciton peak position shifts about 59%. The variation in exciton peak intensities between the two samples have been explained in exciton localization view point. The large shift of Zn 0.8 Cd 0.2 Te ZnTe MQWs exciton peaks is due to the bigger quantum confined Stark effect.
