强辐射激发下CdS晶体的光电导特性

摘    要:在室温下,CdS晶体具有强烈的非线性光吸收效应.我们测量了高激发下CdS晶体的电导性质,并用电子-激子散射模型进行了数值分析.数值计算结果和测景值能够很好地符合,从而进一步证明了CdS晶体的非线性吸收是由于晶体内电子-激子散射造成的.

Abstract:The evident nonlinear optical absorption of CdS crystal at room temperature has been shown. In this paper, the conductivity of CdS crystal under intense excitation was measured, and the results were analyzed numberically based on the electron-exciton scattering model. The fact that theoretical results are in agreement with the experimental results denotes that the nonlinearity of CdS crystal can be attributed to the electron-exciton scattering.
