利用超短光脉冲研究有机和生物分子发光

摘    要:利用高重复率Nd:YAG锁模激光输出的倍频光5321Å激发有机染料溶液,通过高速光二极管和示波器组合测量荧光衰减曲线。给出我们用喇曼变换获得适于激发分子的波长,并指出更矩激发波长的获得方法。比较了不同荧光衰变过程测量方法,指出了有机和生物分子中有希望的研究领域。

Abstract:Photobiology and photochemistry are promising research areas for short pulse techniques. Boubled Nd:YAG mode locked laser provide moderately intense stable pulses of circa 25 ps duration,at a high repeatition rate.Such a laser system is an ideal excitation source for the measurement of energy-resolved fluorescence decay profiles. When used oscilloscope coupled with fast photodiode and well tested deconvolution procedures the system is capable of measuring complex(multi component)fluorescence decays in the time range of lns-100ns.Fluorescence decays profile is measured for kiton red dyes in various solution. Fluorescence decays in the time about 5ns.
