发光搪瓷釉料研究

摘    要:铕激活的铝酸锶系列超长余辉发粉具有起始亮度高、余辉时间长、无放射性毒害等突出优点,成为当前一类极具发展前途的发光材料,本项目采用该系列发光材料,研究了蓄能发光搪瓷釉料,并制备了性能稳定的发光搪瓷制品。

Abstract:In the present paper, a novel luminescence enamel glaze and its processing havebeen investigated. The luminescence material used was that based on SrO. nAI2O3doped with Eu2+, and Dy3+ ions. The influences of compositions of the basic glaze onthe luminescent effect were also discussed. The compositions, Al2O3, B2O3 and SrOfavor the luminescence and its afterglow of the luminous glazes. The analyses of XRDand SEM indicated that the crystals of luminescent materials are still present in theenamel glaze layer after sintering. The luminescent crystals contributed to the lumines- cence of the enamel glaze.With this new kind of luminous enamel glaze, some enamel products, such asenamel signboard, enamel ware, can be prepared,and their technical characteristics canmeet the requisitions of Chinese Standard GB/T 1855-93, the luminescence afterglowwill be over 12 hours.
