摘    要:Bhattacharyya和Soejoeti(1989)对步进应力加速寿命试验提出损伤失效率模型(TFR模型).本文在全加速步加试验场合下指出文献1],2],5]中用通常的回归分析方法求取常应力下参数的估计是不合理的,同时给出了如何求取常应力下参数估计的一种方法.

Abstract:Bhattacharyya and Soejoeti (1989) proposed the TFR (Tampered Failure Rate) model for step-stress accelerated life tests. On step-stress completely accelerated test occasions, this paper points out that the strategy provided in 1], 2] and 5] for seeking parameter estimates under a normal stress using the usual regression analysis is unreasonable. And the paper also offers a method of estimating parameters under a normal stress.
