Optimization of the chemotherapy process on the base of the maximum principle

We consider an optimal control problems for the chemotherapy process on the base of a known dynamical model. The solution technique is connected with a combination of control modes determined in accordance with the Pontryagin maximum principle. We propose extremal control procedures with particular components supplementing the known therapy strategies within the considered model.
