| 摘 要： | 本文以高压开关行业为例,通过聚类分析和因子分析两种定量的统计分析方法,对三种不同所有制企业的绩效进行了实证分析,以研究不同的所有制对企业绩效是否有影响。从理论上分析国有企业绩效较差的原因,并提出了相应的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the high voltage industry data,this thesis analyses twelve enterprises' management performance of three different ownerships by using cluster analysis and factor analysis to sutdy the relationship between ovenership and management performance.The essay analyzes the reasons why the performance of state-owned enterprise(SOE) is poorer than others',and put forward some corresponding proposals on each problem. |
