| 摘 要： | 建筑业作为我国国民经济的支柱产业对推动经济的发展起着巨大的作用.本文基于《中国统计年鉴》(2006)和《中国建筑业统计年鉴》(2006)的数据,采用因子与聚类分析相结合的集成方法对中国31个省市的建筑业产业竞争力进行了排序和聚类.分析结果显示,中国建筑业产业竞争力的地区差异明显,对其解释了原因.其结论对推动中国建筑业的发展具有重要的借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | As a pillar industry of Chinese national economy,construction industry plays a tremendous role to promote economic development.Based on"China Statistical Yearbook"(2006)and"China Sta- tistical Yearbook of the construction industry"(2006)data,this paper ranks and clusters the construction industry competition of Chinese thirty-one provinces and municipalities by using factor and cluster anal- ysis methods.Analysis result shows that Chinese construction industry competition is obviously regional difference.After that it explains the reason in the paper.Its conclusion plays an important reference to promote the development of Chinese construction industry. |
