| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了国内工业园区土地的定价方式,通过对参考工业园区已有税收数据进行对数曲线、一元二次曲线、一元三次曲线拟合分析比较,最终构建了待开发工业园区的一元三次曲线税收收入预测模型,并根据经济学中的成本效益法确定了工业园区的最低土地转让价格,为工业园区土地定价的定量研究提供了一定的参考。
