摘    要:采用情绪智力三维结构和工作绩效四因素模型考察二者之间的关系,研究结果发现企业员工的情绪智力与其工作绩效整体及工作绩效的各个维度都有显著性的相关关系。工作绩效的评定方式调节情绪智力与工作绩效的关系.个体对外界消极情绪的调节与控制能力对自我评定的工作绩效产生更为显著性的影响,而对自我积极情绪信息的感知与体验和对环境积极情绪的表达与评价能力预测主管评定的工作绩效.情绪智力对员工的适应绩效和努力绩效的影响大于对任务绩效的影响,工作绩效的不同成分受到情绪智力不同成分的影响。

Abstract:We explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and performance under the schema of three dimensional model of Emotional Intelligence and four factor model of performance.The results show that the emotional intelligence of Chinese employees positively correlates to the whole and each fac- tors of performance significantly.We also found that the resource of performance evaluation regulates the relationship between the two.Self-evaluated performance is influenced significantly by the regulation and control of negative emotion.The experience and expression of positive emotion predict the performance significantly from the evaluation of supervisors.The influence from emotional intelligence on adaptive performance and dedicative performance is heavier than on task performance.And different components of performance are influenced by different components of emotional intelligence.
