Nearly Optimized Experimentation Methods For Compound Magnolol Tablets

In running a multi factorial experimental design,othogonal or uniform arrays of natural numbers are usually to be used.We develop a new experimentation method for Compound Magnolol Tablets,affared by six factors.Each factor has three levels.We select factor level combinations into several 12 run tests randomly.The A and D optimality,discrepancy sum of symmetrical differences and condition number for every design matrix of test run are calculated.The best one of the randomized arrays is selected as design matrix according to these calculated values.The experimental results are analyzed by SAS regression procedure.
