| 摘 要： | 本文采用层次分析法技术，在对扬州市４０余位专家三轮特尔菲技术咨询基础上，研究和分析了扬州市主导产业发展问题，并对促进主导产业发展的新技术领域和实现高新技术的主要措施及排序进行了研究。
