军工技术转移过程中的制约因素分析——基于南京、重庆两地的问卷调查

本文以问卷调查的形式对军工技术转移过程中的制约因素进行了分析,首先采用因子分析方法对初始确定的18项制约因素指标进行因子分析,提取出需求因子、供给因子、公共服务因子和市场因子4项公因子;进一步采用回归分析方法分析此4项公因子对技术转移效果的影响。结果表明,需求因子、公共服务因子和市场因子是制约军工技术成功转移的显著因素,而供给因子的影响并不显著。本文结论为我国"军转民"战略的成功实施提供启示。

Research on the Barriers in the Process of Military Technology Transfer:Based on the Questionnaire from Nanjing and Chongqing

This paper makes an analysis of the restriction factors in the process of military technology transfer by the form of questionnaire survey.First,using the factor analysis method,18 restriction factors are extracted to 4 common factors which are the demand factor.the supply factor,the collective service factor and the market factor;further,using the regression analysis method,analyzes the influence of the 4 common factors on the technology transfer effect.The result indicates that the demand factor,the collective service factor and the market factor are the remarkable factors to the successful transfer of military technology,while the influence of the supply factor is not remarkable.
