摘    要:基于顾客让渡价值的CSI的比较模型是一种研究顾客让渡价值总体满意度与顾客总价值满意度、顾客总成本满意度三者之间关系的模型。本研究以问卷调查的方式获得家电产品消费者对顾客让渡价值各因子重要性、满意度的一手资料,运用SPSS软件进行数据分析与处理.分析结果表明可以通过分析顾客让渡价值各因子的满意度来预测总满意度.同时,家电产品各因子重要性和满意度的调查结果为家电经营者提供了有价值的信息。

Abstract:Comparable model based on customer delivered value was one that studied the relation among total satisfaction degree of customer delivered value and total value satisfaction degree and total cost sat- isfaction degree for customers.Questionnaire was performed,and source materials about the importance and satisfaction degree of factors of customer delivered value were obtained.The data was analyzed and processed with SPSS.Analysis results indicated that total satisfaction degree'could be predicted by analyzing the satisfaction degree of several factors of customer delivered value;meanwhile,the valuable information was obtained from the survey results of importance and satisfaction degree of household electrical appliances.
