| 摘 要： | 本文利用1998-2004年我国29个省的面板数据,将农业生产的投入要素区分为物质性投入要素和非物质性投入要素,分别建立了中性技术和非中性技术条件下的C-D生产函数和扩展的C-D生产函数模型,对影响我国农业发展的因素进行了实证分析,并依据分析结果,对促进我国农业发展提出了政策建议.

| Abstract: | The paper analysis the factors contributing to the development of China's agricultural pro- duction.Using panel data on 29 provinces from 1998 to 2004,separate the input factors into physical factors and nonphysical factors,a C-D production model under neutral and non-neutral technological change are estimated using random-effects estimation,and we can come up with the policy implications to develop our agriculture based on the gotten results. |
