| Abstract: | This paper takes the evaluation of overall industrial economic benefits and proposes a new method for multiattribute decision by maximizing standard and mean deviations of multiple indices. Using the new method to make decision, the exact and reliable evaluation results without subjectivity can be reached. Besides, the new method also has explicit concepts and a wide range of applications. |
