| 摘 要： | 结合教育组织的特点对PM量表进行相应的修订,以此来研究普通高中校长的领导行为。问卷统计结果显示,高中校长领导行为划分为PM、P、M、pm四种类型,各占33%、17%、28%、22%,其中PM型是最理想的。根据高中管理现状,借鉴PM领导理论,提出做好校长管理的建议。

| Abstract: | Considering the characteristics of educational organization,we will study the leadershop behavior of the senior middle school principal by means of modification of the PM scale for leadership behavior assessment.The questionnaire resulti is as follows:Leadership behavior pattern of the senior middle school principal is divided into PM,P,M,pm,the proportion is PM 33%,P 17%,M 28%,pm 22%.Research shows that the PM leadership behavior pattern is the best. The advice is given on how to do well in the management of the senior middle school principals based on the present situation of the senior middle schools and the PM theory of leadership. |
