| Abstract: | To Cope with the deviation in the results of evaluation as using different methods to evaluate the same economical phenominom ,a systematical method of comprehensive evaluation is proposed to make the result more objective and comprehensive ,avoiding the one-sidedness of using one particular method in the evaluation.Simultaneously,by this method the installations level of eleven city in Shanxi province are evaluated conprehensively. |
