| Abstract: | A genetic algorithm for bilevel programming is presented in this paper. The fundamental algorithm frame and its implementation are studied in detail. The algorithm can be applied to various linear and nonlinear bilevel programming problems. Numerical tests show that this algorithm is effective and efficient. |
