| Abstract: | Measures generated by Iterated Function Systems can be used in place of atomic measures in Gaussian integration. A stable algorithm for the numerical solution of the related approximation problem – an inverse problem in fractal construction – is proposed. Dedicated to Walter Gautschi. |
