| Abstract: | In this paper, the singular value decompositions of anti-symmetric matrices and anti-bisymmetric matrices are presented, and a class of parameterized inverse singular value problem for anti-bisymmetric matrices is solved. Numerical examples which confirm our theory are presented. |
