最优布朗尼烤盘设计

摘    要:通过探究烤盘形状对烤盘边缘热分布的影响,了解到方形烤盘四角容易将食物烤焦的原因,依据题目条件,提出优化模型,设计出最优布朗尼烤盘,并对上述模型进行了灵敏度分析和模型评估。在灵敏度分析中,提出了模型2在W/L和p改变时突变的现象;在模型评估中,作者分析了各个模型的优缺点,并对模型2提出了引入倒角和一般多边形的建议。

The Design of Ultimate Brownie Pan
Abstract:Through the analysis of the heat distribution along the edges of pans affected by different pan shapes ,the article finds the reason for the overcooking of the product at the edges when using a rectangular pan.Furthermore,according to the requirements given by the problem, the authors propose the optimization model for designing the optimal baking pan. The sensitivity analysis and model evaluation are performed. During sensitivity analysis, the sudden change phenomenon that emerged when W/L and p change are found. During model evaluation, strengths and weaknesses are analyzed for different models, and suggestion of using rounded corners and normal polygons are proposed for model two.
