Nonlinear processes of injection of liquids through porous materials

We review some problem in which the injection of a liquid through a porous medium is coupled with phenomena affecting the rheological properties of system. Among the many processes of this type we illustrate with some details various flows occurring in the manufacturing of composite materials and a model for the penetration of water in a porous medium containing hydrophile granules.
