| Abstract: | The cultivation of innovation talents mainly depends on the innovative teachers.This paper introduces the measures to construct the innovative excellent teaching team of college mathematics, including strengthening teachers'' moral cultivation, improving teachers'' ability on teaching and scientific research, advocating teachers to devote themselves into the cultivation of students'' creative ability.Furthermore, the results are presented. |
