| Abstract: | Corresponding to the shortage of the second sufficient condition of unconstrained extremum problem of functions with double variables in teaching of higher mathematic,this paper gives a both necessary and sufficient condition for these problems under some assumptions,which is more efficient than the existing one by some examples. |
