| 摘 要： | 利用因子分析,揭示了影响飞行能力强弱的主要因素是飞行学员的综合反应能力.同时,在保证原始数据损失较小的情况下,把多个变量综合为三个公因子,简化了数据结构,客观地确定了权重,使飞行能力的综合评价更准确,为选择飞行能力强的学员提供了有益的参考依据.

| Abstract: | By means of the factor analysis,it is shown that the main factor which influences flying ability is comprehensive responding ability. The factor analysis could substitute three common factors for original multivariate and obviously simplify data structure in the precondition of minimizing loss of original data information.The factor analysis could objectively give weight.It is a more exact method of comprehensive evaluation of flying ability and submits good data information for admission. |
