| 摘 要： | 讨论 Ｍ／Ｍ／１算子的谱特征，证明０是 Ｍ／Ｍ／１算子的几何重数为 １的特征值，并且对应的特征向量是正的，作为应用给出了排队论中四个指标：系统中顾客的平均逗留时间，顾客的平均等待时间，顾客总数及等待的顾客总数的计算方法．

| Abstract: | In this paper we discuss the spectral properties of M/M/1 operator and prove that 0 is a geo- metric simple eigenvalue of this operator with positive eigenvector. As its application, we calculate several important parameters in queueing theoly, such as the average staying time of the customers in the system, the average waiting time of the customers in the system, the average number of the customers in the sys- tem, the average number of the customers who wait for service in the system. |
