| Abstract: | In this paper, we study a transfer line with a reliable machine, an unreliable machine and a storage buffer. First we convert the mathematical model corresponding to this transfer line into an abstract Cauchy problem and then prove the existence of a nonnegative time-dependent solution by using C_0-semigroup theory. |
