| Abstract: | First we prove that 0 is an eigenvalue of the operator corresponding to the M/M/1 queueing model with second optional service and its adjoint operator with geometric multiplicity one, then we obtain that the time-dependent solution of this model converges strongly to its steady-state solution. |
