异位孔爆破破碎块度与设计孔的分形匹配研究

针对露天矿炮区工作面中穿爆作业不规律导致爆破效果不佳现象,通过在胜利露天矿进行爆破试验得到实测数据,利用分形理论中分维数与爆破破碎块度的关系,计算出异位孔连续装药结构岩石爆破破碎块度的分维区间,与其设计孔爆破破碎块度分维区间进行对比分析,对异位孔爆破破碎块度分维区间进行优化,利用工程实测方法与分形理论相结合找到最佳的爆破参数,以达到不规则作业面最佳爆破效果.

Fractal Matching Research About Blast Fragmentation of Ectopic and Design Hole

To the phenomenon of bad blast effect caused by drilling and blasting erratically in the working face of blast area in the open pit, according to the test data of blast experiment conducted in Shengli pen pit, and use the relationship between blast fragmentation and fractal dimension included in the fraetal theory to calculate the fractal dimension section of rock blast fragmentation with successive charge structure of ectopic hole. Compare and analyze the fractal dimension section of blast fragmentation of the design hole, optimize the fractal dimension section of blast fragmentation of eetopic hole. Combine the engineering test method with fractal theory to find out the best blast parameters and obtain the best blast effect of irregular working face.
