| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors establish the boundedness in Morrey spaces onhomogeneous spaces for a large class of sublinear operators and commutators. Applyingthese results, the authors study the local regularity of the solutions to ultraparabolicequations with discontinuous coefficients. |
