| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to prove that a complex foliation on a complex projectivespace with bundle-like metric is a totally geodesic foliation,whenever the square of the lengthof the second fundamental form is not greater than(n+2)/3,where n is complex dimension ofthe complex foliation. |
