| Abstract: | Using the Littlewood-Paley decomposition technique, Fourier transform and inverse Fourier transform, we study the boundedness of bilinear Fourier multiplier operators on the scales of inhomogeneous Triebel-Lizorkin and Besov spaces with positive smoothness. |
