湖南省经济增长质量的测度及分析

以经济增长质量的广义内涵为基础,从经济增长效率、稳定性、经济结构、福利变化与成果分配、资源环境以及国民经济素质等6个维度构建湖南省经济增长质量指数,运用主成分分析法(PCA)确定权重,对2000-2012年的湖南经济增长的质量进行了实证研究,在实证结论的基础上分析了影响湖南省经济增长质量的因素,总结湖南省经济发展方式转型道路上的优势与障碍以及机遇与挑战.结果表明湖南经济增长质量在2000-2012年间稳步提升.经济稳定性作为评价经济增长质量的六个维度之一,是影响湖南省经济增长质量改善的重要因素.湖南省政府必须加大产业结构和资本生产率调整力度,更好的改善农村的成果分配与福利.

The Evaluation and Analysis of the Quality of Economic Growth of Hunan Province

Based on the statistical data of Hunan province from 2000 to 2012, through constructing the index of quality of economic growth, this paper analyzed the situation of the quality of economic growth in Hunan province from six perspectives, which are economic growth efficiency, economic growth structure, economic growth stability, economic growth benefits change and achievements distribution, resources environment, and national economy quality by using the principal component analysis. Then this paper analyzed the factors influencing the quality of economic growth in Hunan province, and summarized the advantages, opportunities, challenges and obstacles of Hunan Province economic development. The results show that the quality of economic growth in Hunan has steadily improved from 2000 to 2012 years. Economic stability is an important factor that affects the improvement of the quality of economic growth in Hunan province. At the same time, the Hunan provincial government must strengthen the industrial structure and capital productivity, and better improve the rural distribution and benefits.
