| Abstract: | The inverse eigenvalue problem of a kind of symplectic orthogonal matrices was firstly considered.The necesary and sufficent conditions of solvability for the problem were derived and the expression of general solution was given.And the optimal approximation to any given matrix was also considered and the solutions were obtained. |
