新疆科技人才流失影响因素分析

摘    要:基于2011年新疆科技工作生活状况调查数据,分析新疆科技工作者的生活满意度的状况及人才流失的影响因素.首先分析持不同满意度的科技工作者的个体特征;其次,运用分层模型,对满意度的影响因素进行研究;最后,借助Logit模型研究人才流失的影响因素.结果显示:总体的满意度偏低;年龄、收入、学历对生活满意度都具有显著的影响作用,而且事业单位的满意度低于企业单位的满意度;愿意到内地与不愿到内地在人数上没有显著差异,但是,民族身份、教育程度、工作满意度、生活满意度对人员的流失意愿影响显著.

Abstract:Based on the survey data of Xinjiang science and technology workers, this paper analyzed life satisfaction and influence factors of talent lost in Xinjiang. At first, the individual characteristics of Xinjiang science and technology workers were described~ Then the Hierarchical model was used to analyze the influence factors on their life satisfaction. Finally, with the aid of Logit model, the influence factors on talent lost were illustrated. The result shows that the satisfaction degree is low on the whole. Age, income, education have significant effects on life satisfaction. The life satisfaction degree of workers in en- terprises is higher than that of them in institutions. There is no significant difference on numbers of willing to insland and those of nowilling, hut race, education , job satisfaction and life satisfaction influence the willing of talent lost significantly.
