As Guangxi is the receiving place of industrial transfer, the resource endowment of the receiving place affects the receiving ability of industrial transfer, which is determined by the investment environment, natural resources, convenient transportation, technological innovation and labor cost. On this basis, the paper analyzes the resource endowment of 14 prefecture level cities under the jurisdiction of Guangxi, and advances the receiving ability of industrial transfer of each prefecture level city.
