| Abstract: | Based on the initial definition of enterprise emergency management capacity, the text has established an evaluation index system of enterprise emergency management capacity, and provided a method to calculate index weight. In order to decrease the subjective factors during the comprehensive evaluation, the proposed method generates automatically the weight of indicators in the evaluation process in accordance with the principle of Gray Cluster. The text, in combination with cases, offers some suggestions on enterprise emergency management capacity building according to expert＇s assessment of indicators as well as the evaluation process and results. |
